All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Olive & Clover  uses Australia Post and local couriers for all deliveries (a signature may be required upon delivery for the higher priced items).

Love it or Return it.

The team at Olive & Clover want you to find the process of building a beautiful wardrobe an enjoyable one when shopping online with us. However, we know, that sometimes, what you fell in love with online isn’t quite the love of your life when it arrives! Some things are just not going to look 100% fabulous when you actually get to try them on.


Should you wish too exchange your item(s), simply return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery of your order date. Please contact Olive & Clover on 0428 697 884  prior to doing so.  We offer FREE POSTAGE for all exchanges. 


You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We ask that you please contact Olive & Clover prior to doing so.

All other returns must be returned prepaid. Olive & Clover will not accept CODs.  There is no return / exchange or refunds on SALE ITEMS.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 business days of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (usually 1 to 2 business days).

Olive & Clover will send you a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.  Your credit card will be refunded for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.

Olive & Clover reserves the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
