Exchanges
Should you wish too exchange your item, please follow the below steps.
- Email (info@oliveandclover.com.au) or call 0427 828 512 to let us know of the exchange & to secure the alternative size/item you are after.
- Fill out the form you received in your delivery & simply return new, unused items within 7 days of delivery to the following address.

All exchanges will be charged a $12 flat rate re-delivery fee.
Returns/Refunds
You may return new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We ask that you please contact prior to doing so (info@oliveandclover.com.au).
All returns must be returned via prepaid postage. We will not accept CODs.

Once your return is deemed to be in original condition, your refund will be processed.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 business days of us receiving your package. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.
You will be refunded for the purchase price of the item minus the shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.
Olive & Clover reserves the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
